Advanced Clinical & Sports Massage
Sue uses a blend of advanced clinical and sports massage and bodywork to address a wide range of injuries and conditions including, for example, recent injuries and chronic pain conditions as well as treatments to help deal with the effects of stress on the body.
Pregnancy Massage
Pregnancy massage is a natural and safe way to help relieve backache, headaches, muscles aches and pains. It can help reduce stress, anxiety and fatigue, aid digestion and help with the discomfort of fluid retention.
Hot Stone Fusion Massage
A creative blend of advanced massage techniques and hot & cold stone therapy, Hot Stone Fusion Massage offers an intensely deep and effective therapeutic treatment.
Indian Head Massage
This relaxing treatment concentrates on areas of the body where stress is most commonly held by many people, often without realising it.
Sue can offer help with pain conditions, including headaches, migraines, low back pain, sciatica, neck aches and also uses specific techniques and approaches for fibromyalgia (FMS).
Repetitive strain injuries can also be helped with remedial massage, such as tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow and wrist RSIs, as well as the symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome. Range of motion and mobility can be improved, including help with frozen shoulder and stiff necks.
Massage can also help with stress-related symptoms such as headaches, migraines, IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), sleep problems (including chronic fatigue syndrome, CFS or ME), inability to relax either mind or body. It can help to break the vicious circle of tension – pain – more tension – more pain.
