Cancellation, No Show and Lateness Policies

Sue understands that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Business meetings, project deadlines, car problems, and illness are just a few reasons why one might consider cancelling an appointment.

When booking an appointment you are reserving professional therapist time (and with clinic appointments, clinic time also) specifically for you. For this reason, when booking, the following policies will apply:

Cancellations and Changes

Less than 24 hours notice – full cost of booked treatment is payable.* Please use my mobile number for this.

(Cancellations by email only if this gives me more than 2 days notice please).

*If I have enough notice and am able to fill your appointment slot with someone who is on the waiting list, there will be no charge.

‘No-show’

Failure to turn up for a booked appointment will also incur the full cost of the booked treatment.

What happens if you are late for your appointment?

If you are late for your appointment, the treatment time may have to be shortened in order to reduce inconvenience to others whose appointments follow yours. (The full amount will still be charged.) If it is your first appointment, you may wish to arrive a few minutes early to complete the confidential initial consultation form.

All terms, conditions and prices are variable without prior notice. Those in force at time of booking will apply. Any questions please contact Sue.
